A very nice fridge/freezer with adequate chilling & freezing options. The fridge area is a little smaller than our previous Samsung (which lasted over 12 years!!) Only slight issue is that there is an audible hum on occasion. No problem in a closed kitchen but noticeable in a combined open plan kitchen/living room.

Roomy and silent! No regrets

Ok but the bottom salad drawer could be designed better as difficult to see what’s in it.

Had same Samsung fridge freezer for 25 years so got another one. It's the same dimensions except for a couple of cms higher. But this is much bigger inside a lot quieter and the finish is excellent, freezer drawers so smooth. Looking forward to maybe 25 year plus now kids are gone?

As I have bought and owned a Samsung fridge freezer, which was trouble-free for 14 years. It seemed sensible to go for a Samsung fridge freezer again, I decided to use AO, mainly because I’ve bought many products from them before, and they have been so helpful, courteous and efficient in, providing for my needs, the website is very good because it gives you so much detail, and as a very old man, these things I need. The Samsung fridge freezer I bought was slightly shorter in stature than my previous one but to my surprise, it takes more goods inside it amazing, I especially like the very bright light inside when you open the door, also so quiet. The delivery people were very sweet and helpful. They unpacked the fridge freezer plugged it in. Took away all the rubbish packaging. All in all very happy with AO service. Incidentally, they are delivering a washer dryer this coming week and I’m sure they’ll give me the same quality of service as they’ve always done. thank you AO.JBA

Great fridge overall! It’s spacious and provides everything that anyone would need! The only thing is it can be quite loud at times if the house is silent but aside from that it’s great.
